The Origin
Where It All Started
I grew up in India, where my mother's kitchen smelled like cumin and coriander before I could even reach the stove.
In India, spices aren't ingredients. They're a language. I grew up in that world, where every meal was built from scratch and flavor always meant something.
When I moved to America, I went looking for those flavors in the grocery store and found nothing. Just dusty jars of "curry powder" that tasted like cardboard. So I stopped looking and started blending my own.
Tikka Twist is that blend: the bold, layered warmth of home, built for the way Americans actually cook. Real spices, every one named, no fillers, no guesswork.
